I'm Christabel, and I'm so glad you've stopped by.

 

These words are coming to you from Perth, Western Australia, from the little suburban apartment where my husband and I live. This blog is a space for conversations about the strange and joyous practice of looping thread until it becomes fabric.

 

I've been knitting for over 20 years now, and writing for even longer than that. I am particularly fond of bright colours and stripes. I like to knit jumpers, particularly seamless ones, so you'll see a few of those here.
